Agree to disagree, even of the franchise has been kinda losing popularity because of drama to the point of less hype for MLP outside of the fandom and target demographic, negative reviews for the movie, EqG transitioning from film to digital media, etc.

No. It’s a method to try to invalidate someone’s argument as “just an opinion”. Say “I disagree” and explain why.
If I don’t see a reason to type more than I have to in order to make a point then I will not do so.
Just say “I disagree” instead of pointing out a human has opinions.

I know that feel. It’s gotten to the point where if I tell people “I’m a liberal” they assume I’m a far left progressive and where if I just say “I’m a libertarian” they think I’m a far right conservative. There is no simple term for someone who holds traditional liberal values who also happens to be a moderate or a centrist anymore. It’s kind of frustrating.
