Fish taco recipe:
 
Mix flour (or pancake mix) salt, garlic, pepper, eggs and some liquid, it can be milk, water, mineral water or beer. Dip fish fillets into the batter and fry them. Use wheat flour or maize tortillas. They are topped with shredded cabagge or lettuce, spicy salsa, ketchup, mayo and mustard.
 
Shrimp taco: Dip shrimps into batter, shrimps can be filled with cream cheese and wrapped with bacon, (Tacos Gobernador) fry them and serve with salsa or dressings.

I never ate tacos because of my celiac disease.

So as long as they’re whole fillets and not minced.

Sorry, but the only fish tacos I’ve ever had were from LJS’s and they were bleh. They were soft tacos and the shells tasted stale or whatever. And Taco Bell tried shrimp tacos and they tasted bad.
 
All in all, I haven’t had a good seafood taco before, outside a sit down restaurant.

Rarity is the best fish stick
