I dunno about that, but robot animals seem to turn up in most of the bayformer movies, so Fluttershy probably wouldn’t have a hard time finding a way to contribute.

Sunset might then tell the Autobots about Megatron’s plan she discovered when mind reading.

Applejack is trong enough to fight toe to toe with those Bayformers  
Rainbow is super fast (and can fly too) and can easilty damage them  
Sci-Twi can use her telekinesis to tear them apart  
Pinkie can make them explode from inside  
Rarity can create solid lght constructs as well as barriers and shields  
Fluttershy can talk to animals… technicaly she can summon metal eating bacteria on them  
Even if Sunset cannot still go She-Demopn/Daydream she can still read their mids and anticipate their attacks.
 
Those ‘bots don’t stand a chance.
