Oh, for months the writer for Amazing Spider-Man, Dan Slott, had been teasing that at the end of the series #700 hell do something that will make him the most hated man in the comic book world.
 
Apparently this is it.
 
And, another hint: The new series, Superior Spiderman starting in January, will NOT star Peter Parker.

The funny part is that there’s no way that Doc could possibly screw his life up any worse than the real Peter Parker.

Either that or there will be a conflict between doc ock’s memories and parker’s memories, in the end BOTH personalities are rejected and a ‘new’ spidey emerges as a new persona.

Swap bodies but have all the memories of the real Peter, I’m calling it right now, it will be undone as only being the Doc’s mind being copied into Peter’s brain but he is still in there, I’ve seen this before.
