Okay, that’s fine. But we are making commentary about the movie. That’s what comment sections are for.
Sooooo…
Hm.. lets see I believe it was October 6 during the matinee around 12:55 PM. There were people there to watch the Bladerunner sequel and other things but not the MLP movie. I was afraid they would not even run it and I’d have to ask for my money back because I was sitting in a dark theater until it turned on just around the time for the previews to start.

I don’t think there’s been an official statement on what the movie’s budget was. I could be wrong. But I certainly agree with all of your other points.

What time were you at the theater? You can’t claim “no one was there” if it was, say, 1:15 on a Thursday afternoon.
Really? When I went I was the only one there. I literally sat alone watching the movie from start to finish. Good to hear it did well for the franchise’s sake but I personally was somewhat disappointed. Can’t say the movie was bad but can’t say it was good either in my opinion.

Movie fails = “LUL ded fandom”
Movie wins oscar = “zOMG! dem bronies keep ruining everything”
The movie already earned back its budget 3-fold and it was generally well received by children and bronies alike,so its a huge success in my eyes,looking forward to more seasons of MLP.
