I thought original the timeline would have been before twilight became a alicorn it would have been two years or something and baby pony would age slow. I would assume by now the babies would be like almost the CMC size or just a bit smaller. The timeline for the show flow is crazy lol. I would image the babies look would be swap for flurry heart and pound cake. Flurry heart looks older. Then they get the big eyes when there like two year old or something lol.

I think at least 2, but cartoon logic won’t allow it. Plus, you need to consider 2 Hearth’s Warmings, Twilight, and Rainbow Dash’s birthdays have passed a few times and that it has nothing to do about how much time physically passed since the show started here. Plus, in EQG, only a few months have passed since the Friendship Games even though that is an alternate dimension. So apparently 2 years for us may be like 3-12 months tops in pony or EQG time.
