When one directly defies what they profess to believe in, one has lost any right to claim the justice of their people by their actions.  
I agree Justice and morality are entirely dependent on hundreds of variables that rarely are explained in full without years of study, but in many cases even then rarely are said reasons and ideals applicable by those claiming them.

She is a Loyal servant of Princess Twilight, and obeyed her with out question thorugh all this, because she to did not know her Princess was switched,
 
Midnight Moon is my character, and this is how my character would react in that situation, if the change could fool the doctor, then Mindight could be fooled aswell. right now she probably is filled with huge sadness and regret, her Princess she plead loyalty to is dead, and she was being manipulated this whole time
 
 
Granted im not the author oh this comic, so she could have it be different, but this is how the character i created would be right now

but what is justice? justice is only defined by what the people/rulers themself consider justice
 
Death Note: L and Kira both view them self as Justice, and that their actions are nessaasry, even the people of the world viewed Kira’s murders as Justice upon the wicked
 
Right and Wrong are just to vague to be implemented in this story as it is not our world, i mean if you captured the Person/Pony that threw your nation into chaos, murdering countless citizens, basically being Hitler. Execution isnt to unreasonable to understand
 
 
Simply put, we do not have to agree with what they do, we dont have to support it, but we can not fully say they are doing wrong for we have not lived in their world, been through what they have
