Actually, I mean that the movies have questionable continuity with the main series. The same with the comics. None of the events or experiences from the movies have been commented on or shown in the main show whatsoever. The only constant for the FiM continuity so far has been the events in the main show, with all spinoff material acknowledging the show, but mostly being ignored by it (with a partial exception with the Legends of Magic series, and it is arguable that the Legends of Magic series was made because the show wanted to incorporate the characters from it into the main show first, then had the comics print their stories before they were introduced in the show proper).
 
Thus, I don’t count EQG because the main show doesn’t count it either. It is a separate continuity from the main one. As we are talking about an episode in the main series, I thus have to excise the Movie and Comic continuities from what bits of characterization and events I have to keep in mind to provide commentary and insight into the topic.
 
If we were going to talk about the EGQ-Continuity Twilight, then most of my points still stand except for the “shown no interest in anyone” point, obviously; since EQG follows all the show continuity in addition to its own. In that case, you are correct, Twilight was more than a little preoccupied at the time. Not necessarily with “saving the world,” though, considering how much she dragged her feet throughout the first movie but that’s a completely different discussion.

How about we skip the bickering about what is and isn’t canon and just agree that both times she visited the human world, she was too busy with the whole fate of the world(s) thing to worry about getting laid.
 
…Unless you mean it doesn’t count if you lose your virginity while you’re not in your normal body. Because I’m not sure if that’s true, but it’s certainly worth thinking about.

Debatable. While Twilight definitely seems mature enough, she has shown no interest in any kind of relationship other than just platonic friendships (and even then, not many) and her interests primarily revolve around solitary activities; reading, studying, practicing magic, etc. Her more social interests are there but primarily revolve around performing specific tasks rather than social interaction. In that regard, I would actually place her as being the least likely of the Mane Six to have had sex, being the least socially inclined while likewise showing no interest in such relationships.
 
Also, EQG doesn’t count.
