I'll just put this out there. From hating princess Twilight, to hating Flurry Heart, and to hating Starlight Glimmer, I honestly think these outbreaks are only happening because they are either trolling.... or they just hate change. :/
 
And also for the fact Nyx is probably being hated only for the fact they didn't like the way she was being used. As instead of being the most feared villian but in filly-form, they changed her personality. They probably just hate her because they didn't turn her into Nightmare Moon just to worship her or something... Nightmare Moon lovers is another reason.
