Well, that’s because Applejack said to Pinkie, “Pinkie, quit lookin’ so happy! Ya ain’t foolin’ nopony!” I would agree on what Applejack said to Pinkie because the Storm King is now ruler of Equestria. And not Celestia Luna, Cadance, Twilight, Shining Armor, and Flurry Heart. Because they’re all overthrown by the Storm King at the beginning of the movie. And also, Equestria throughout the entire movie during the Storm King’s reign of stormy tyranny and darkness and is now a land full of darkness, slavery, imprisonment, storms, and destruction that replaced happiness, friendship, and harmony.

The others are intimidated by all of Storm King’s forces and how they’re presumably treating the ponies. Pinkie is supposedly thinking about the future success of this plan rescuing Twilight and the rest of Canterlot.
