Description
Octavia stumbles upon a hidden room deep below the catacombs, keeping a prisoner that Vinyl and Octavia never knew about. He is weak, dirty, scarred, malformed, and dying. There is a special significance why he is kept here, but he knows that his time is almost up, due to the master’s growing neglect. Sheer willpower is keeping him alive, hoping that someone will fulfill his request. Based on how you played up to this point, you may have already succeeded (or failed) this quest.
