Didn’t it used to be a thing way back like a zillion years ago that WOnder Woman lost her powers if she was tied up? Maybe Dash is secretly that version of Wonder Woman reborn as a technicolor horse?
Her restraints prevent those powerful limbs from moving, thus impossible to exert enough force. So she stays in restraints… Also the restraints are stronger in tension as she pulls on them

Yeah, logically she should be perfectly able to either fly away or fight her way out of it… Shame the writers seemingly abandoned logic for this one…
Hence why I find it strange about why she didn’t escape quickly before getting captured
She is. Can take off very fast too And that makes her capture here even more ridiculous.
