Wait now, Pharynx was just a normal if aggressive Changeling before this, right?
So why does he automatically become a ‘royal’, or whatever Thorax is? I thought Thorax got the power-up because he lead his people into their new tomorrow?

Does disagreeing with and arguing against points made by criticisms really equal “preventing” anyone from disliking or criticizing? To me it just seems to be debating points. To me if someone puts out their opinion in public its only natural to expect it to be questioned/challenged.
I disagree with everyone these days, it seems. A friendly discussion is always fine, but sometimes people just go a bit overboard (and to be fair, I do as well). But now, everyone seems to hell-bent on preventing anyone from disliking or criticizing the show, it’s a little concerning.

That would only be if the comic was canon. I like to think it’s due to her plotting a metamorphosis that would be the grandmama of all power boosts.
Worse yet, her mindset could still be evil, even as a bright, shining being of colors.

Because they’re not emotional vampire anymore and Thorax was established as going overway at making the Changeling society a tad too much “peace and love”
@TheFanficFanPony
Brainwashed? Other than getting a bit friendlier because he knew the changelings valued who he was he didn’t change his personality at all.
If anything the episode stated that the changelings were brainwashed before, as Starlight pointed out they had no real choice in how they lived before Thorax took over.
Eh, either way, it feels unnatural and uncomfortable the way they act. I personally dislike it, but it seems like the backlash against criticism is stronger than ever.
