I’d say Toriko is a pegasus as his name means bird child… I think.
 
Coco and Sunny could be unicorn. Zebra should be a zebra an earth pony.

Nah. Toriko’s definetly an earth pony. Sunny and MAYBE Coco would probably be unicorns though. But T’s really about getting close, and getting brutal.

It’s sort of like that if you added elements of Fist of the North Star and One Piece.

Alrighty BP. Toriko is a fairly recent shonen manga written and illustrated by Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro. It follows the eponymous Toriko, a gourmet hunter. He hunts and captures rare beasts and ingredients so he can sell or eat them. He fights using a variety of techniques. The one above is his “Fork and Knife” technique. With it he uses his left hand as a piercing weapon and his right hand as a slashing weapon. The manga has become so popular in Japan it has replaced Bleach in the “Big Three” shounen. It’s popularity in the west however is somewhat lacking.
