Yes. this.  
Upload the new version. Then go to this image and under reporting: “updated or previously uploaded” And enter the image number of the new/correct image.  
Then we’ll merge them. Transferring all likes/faves/comments/etc to the new image.

Upload fixed version and then report this one here to fuse both pictures with likes and comments together, I think.

My mistake, the holes should look like they do in that picture you linked, Claw. I just honestly drew the holes really quick without thinking. I have a locking gag which I initially planned to use for reference but my parents were home so it would have been a bit risky to have it on my desk. I ended up using a picture as reference instead but yeah forgot about the holes. I’ll try to remember it for next time.
 
In case I fix the image, is there a way to update/replace this with the new one? Or would I have to submit it as a separate thing.

No-no, look at the side view. See that part, where padlock does? Now look at sizes of round holes on top-down view. Got the picture?

Easier than you think if its made of leather. Look at your belt.  
Also I dont see your problem. Metal part is as big as the opening.  
Reminder:the belt is not made of hard or stiff material.

How can that round thing on buckle’s prong, where shackle goes, pass trough those little holes in strap?

What the heck are you talking about?

Sorry for nitpicking, but i don’t think that eye on prong can fit through so small hole on strap. It would be better, if holes on strap were more oblong-ish or lock’s loop/shackle would just go through one of holes on strap after the buckle.

Much better than a simple strap. The gag isn’t coming off until I want it off anyway… and I wanted to practice kissing a gagged Twilight anyway.  
Love seeing this kind of combination of a technical drawing and sauciness.
