If you mean the curvature, in the headcanon/AU of Earthsong9405 (the artist who created this AU and commissioned this piece from another artist), alicorns and some unicorns (including Twilight and to a lesser degree Shining Armor) have curved horns. I think it’s mostly just an aesthetic difference, although I vaguely remember something about an association between curved horns and increased magical power. I may just be misremembering things though.
It might be elsewhere, but AFAIK this artist only does it to make her alt universe version of the characters stand out more.
