One thing I found weird about this movie as a kid is that it was called lilo and Stitch 2 even though it was the third film in the franchise

Then he comes back to life. Yeah, I know it’s Disney, but you can’t undermine the feels by undoing death. That is not how death works. When they do that it becomes obvious that minimal effort was put into their blatant attempt at harvesting feels and it ruins the whole thing.

I think at least part of that was because it was intended as a Theatrical release, but they went Straight-to-DVD instead at the last minute.

Lilo and Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch. Rather counter-intuitively, it aired after the series and Stitch! The Movie, but takes place before them.
