I guess they’re cheering because they’re ready to resume their chances to save Equestria and all who lived there and Twilight from the Storm King. And the reason why Twilight’s not in this show was that because she was captured by the Storm King’s troops along with Tempest and Grubber who takes her back to the Storm King who had finally successfully fully wrecked, ruled, and conquered Equestria.
I’m sorry, but my immediate thought on reading your comment was Miracle Max waving to them and saying, “Have fun storming the castle!”
I’m hoping its that twilight just gave an inspirational speech about storming the castle or something. The alternative is that twilight was captured and they’re getting ready to try and rescue her (which would fall under the “storming the castle” thing again)
