Shadow is one of my top three favorite Sonic characters and I do like Silver when he’s used well(although I do kinda like his meme status). As Sonic, I somewhat remember the backlash he got when he was announced in Brawl. Seems like people inside and outside the fandom have a lot to complain about with Sonic. It really gets infuriating sometimes. I still remember the horrible death threats during the early Griffith days.

Yeah, it’s hard to tell, considering the huge hatedoms Silver & Shadow share… Heck, Sonic himself has his OWN hatedom!
(Remember back when some people had a cow over Sonic being put in SSB Brawl?)
Funny thing is, despite all the hate he gets, (especially from older StH fans) Shadow is still one of the most popular StH characters. (Even eclipsing Tails & Knuckles on some polls.)
