Bro, ask yourself first: what grimdark and semi-grimdark means.  
If you don’t know those words: click on those tags.  
Now look on this picture and ask yourself again:  
Do you see any mild injuries, insane or mentally perturbed (but not full on MURDER MODE) or dark themes without heavy imagery? No? Then this image should be grimdark.
 
Oh and btw : taxidermy of people or (in case of MLP, ponies) is grimdark - no matter if blood is fresh or not.  
Its still a dead, stuffed body.

No. As the tag description for grimdark says:  
“Stuff with a very dark tone, including torture, abuse, death…”  
Since Shining armor has been beheaded. And Twilight, at the least, has been mutilated. This would fall under “Grimdark”.
