Ahh…. his Q ability, Discord Strike. Blizzard really done their homework to make both Star Trek & MLP fans smile.
Never played Legacy of the Void yet, but I kinda figured it was John De Lancie. Hell in HotS, his Q ability are two references as one.
Yes, you’ll be surprised when you check out Brightwing’s voice videos in Youtube, you’ll notice her tone is more like Fluttershy, and you get the feeling it’s voiced by Andrea herself.

Same goes for Starcraft fans, some managed to caught up with Alarak, and he was indeed voiced by John De Lancie himself. Yes… people recognized his Discord-like tone or even Star Trek’s Q character.

I know there’s more to that than just similar dream powers, but it’s complicated when I explain it. All I can really tell you without shoving your face an entire list of my headcanon between these two, is that after Ysera’s death, Luna can’t help but feel responsible. The only person that could sooth her feelings is Tyrande, since Ysera is a great iconic hero to the Night Elves and followers of Elune.
Come to think of it, I may take back on what I said earlier on Tyrande special interaction.
Also, I didn’t know Brightwing was voiced by Andrea Libman.

Wow, similar dream powers I say. Never played WOW, but it’s amazing.
What I like another is Brightwing (Also voiced by Andrea who voiced Fluttershy), she got her appearance in LEGION after Finley Mrrgglton. Yes,, I played Heroes and recognized Brightwing’s voice, she sounds like Fluttershy.
It’s going to be enemy Ysera.
Luna does meet Malfurion and Tyrande, but there’s no special interaction between the two. Personally, I see Luna and Ysera as best friends since these two carry similar dream powers.
Ysera wise, although I don’t see that kind of effect from Blizzard consider cards cannot create interaction except on Hero Portraits. Not only that, it’s either your Ysera or enemy Ysera, if enemy, you got to kill her in the end. Oops.
It’ll be nice if you add an additional dialogue if the opponent is also Malfurion and Tyrande (Priest skin)
I haven’t read the story of the Scythe of Elune ingame. But it is connected to the Worgen, especially feral Worgen.
In short, Malfurion used it to banish the feral Worgen to the Emerald Dream for an eternal slumber so they wouldn’t harm druidism and the Kaldorei any longer.
The story is a bit more complicated, I actually found a video earlier today that explains it much better.
