Sorry if I may correct, but the character is Altus Bastion.
Shes an old character from Higherarch, whom just never really had her drawn that much as http://thehigherarch.deviantart.com/art/Altus-Bastion-Ref-632376942 This is the only other image I could find, and by telling how long ago that was uploaded on DA, we can only guess how old the character is. Its gotta be around over a year from my guessing. :/
