You are netting one mana, while wizards is moving away from cards like this, its actually fairly balanced and somewhat easier to deal with. Think Pyretic Ritual, Desperate Ritual, etc. Since it is sorcery speed to make that work, its a good tradeoff.

The rocky outcroppings. GWU is right out, though; it’s already been done, and I avoid truly functionally identical cards. No, the only option for a GW Lair would be BGW, and that wouldn’t fit at all. Also, I came up with a Sweetfeather Sanctuary design earlier today.
Why would it be Red? I’d have thought it was GW, maybe blue.
The key problem is that the main colors one could argue for are covered by Maud’s Grotto. I suppose it could hypothetically be RWU, but that doesn’t feel right with that much greenery.
If you cant say for certain, does that mean Fluttershy’s sanctuary won’t be one?
I’m using design space where it fits, so I can’t say for certain if other Lairs will be popping up any time soon.

Are you planning a lair cycle for the rest of the season, or are you just making the cycles up as you go along for new episodes (excepting one specifically for those episode of course)?
Based on an uncommon cycle, so I decided it should match. Plus, there are plentiful examples of uncommon dual lands even in the modern day. Plus, it can depend on the nature of the set; one with a multicolor focus (like Planeshift) will be a lot more generous with its multilands.
Yes, but only the last ability; I’d love to play a 6-drop on the third turn. I think it needs to cost at least 1, probably 2 to activate.
I’ll admit, I don’t know enough about it to critique it from the MTG side, but from the pony side it works great. Could probably use some flavor text though.

Because this comes in untapped, lets you make further use of ETB trigger lands, and gives you both more landfall triggers and potential discard fodder.
