I know that, technically, this idea is rendered moot by the sniper rifles, AUG and SG 553, but I like to think of using the crosshair as aiming down sights. Just my kind of gaming logic.

Everyone’s talking about AK taps. The amount of dumbasses I’ve taken care of with a FAMAS because they fail at aiming is astounding.
 
If I was in Octavia’s place, I would just go around, and flank her from one of the hallways. While unnecessary, it’d be easier.
 
Or you jump, because that fucks with any tapper. As tapping, sniping or other forms of headshoting can only be done in these peaking scenarios when someone runs out of the corner. Jumping fucks with head-level.

Why you say that? Both are pretty decent weapons. Plus it really depends on who the player is and who shoots first.
