It was a joke. There was a band called The Who, that guy was in it and wrote most of their songs, and I figured being the fifty-seventh person to make a Doctor Who joke was pointless anyhow so I went with the band instead.

Okay, I didn’t recognize her name, but I’m pretty sure once I heard her in the movie, her voice would have rung a bell.

but you won’t buy a movie ticket every now and then unless it’s poniEdited
“You guys are old.”
At least we can buy all the poni we want with our own money.
You guys are old.
Well, yeah. But it’s a thing, and not just limited to bronies; for example, how many nerds and geeks are there who deliberately cultivate their ignorance of popular sports, and are obviously proud about it?
People can be silly.
It’s worrying how everyone else is so unsuited for movies…
As someone that enjoys Dark Souls, Pokemon, Monster Hunter, LotR, Fire Emblem, and Marvel (at least when it comes to Cap), that’s just silly.
Right?
There are an awful lot of bronies who seem proud of not following anything but MLP…
Daniel Ingram is till the one doing the song
Meh, I just haven’t seen Avatar because, based on what I’ve seen and read about it, I just don’t think I’d enjoy it enough to justify the ~3 hour investment. I’ve seen most of the movies in your other comment (The Book of Life and Edge of Tomorrow particularly deserve a wider audience), but I don’t always keep track of which actor is in which movie.

I don’t see many movies, only EQG and Pets, but I mostly watch TV shows more.
you didn’t see Rogue One?
Same. The only ones I saw in the past few years were Jurassic World, the Force Awakens, and (soon) Kong: Skull Island.
Actually, Avatar was the only one of those movies listed that I actually have seen.
But you are right about the not watching movies part. I generally only see one or two in theatres per year.
I don’t see too many movies, and I never remember actors. That’s my excuse.
