Additionally, it was last year’s April Fools’ event on DB.
After some research - if I understood correctly - it seems that it was some user interface skin for Derpibooru emulating the style of DeviantArt.
What I wonder more about is if you ever uploaded this picture in Darkest’s natural colours, as in your profile picture.
