My Japanese is too rusty to translate all of it, but from the words I do recognise it looks like Twilight is wondering why the portal gave her ugly clothes while Sunset and Starlight got cool clothes?

My best guess is that Twilight is thinking “I hope they don’t fight” then as they talk and go along well she feels like she wanted sunset and starlight to feel a little bit of jealousy.

Something like “they are not discussing nor are they fighting for me, why?”
