I also assume they didn’t understand how to clean/fix games too with a Q-tip, so they probably just assumed they were broken.
They were even throwing away a green transparent N64 that oddly had a pencil somehow stuck inside it rolling around.
They’re stupid and have no idea that games like can be just as rare as pre-WWII comics.
People can be such philistines…
You are my mortal enemy.
I actually have “Star Fox.” A rummage store I used to work at was throwing a bunch of SNES in the trash including that one, a few Street Fighter games, Zelda, Mortal Kombat 2, Smash TV, and some others, because they wouldn’t sell. I dug them out, cleaned them, (including the bottom contacts with a Q-tip) and they work just fine. If only people would understand how much these things are worth. It’s amazing what people will throw away.
Yeah, for weeks she complained how it wasn’t really mine and I “took it from our cousin” when he didn’t use it and willingly game it to me so she stole it when I Wasn’t home and sold it to someone out of spite.
She’s never been out of the 2 year old “Mine” phase, she still insists a cat that is in MY house, sleeps on MY bed, I buy food, litter for, take to the vet and groomers for several years is somehow HER’S when she went off gotten several others animals and then gave them away.
Oooooooh… I’m sorry, man.
Wait, jealousy?
Edited
That was still a willing, mine was stolen and sold due to her jealousy.
I can do you better:
Your family urging you to trade your SNES, along with your Mario games, for a PS2
I’m not bitter, but I miss the old thing…
Better then your sister selling your SNES with several games you bought including rare ones like Star Fox and Secret of Evermore.
I never could get into the Playstation systems personally. I guess Nintendo just has more quirky games I prefer.
My sister had a PS2, and it had some cool games, but she sold it.
Edited
Don’t have Ps2 in a closet somewhere? Or you just buy Nintendo products.
I haven’t really seen one sense “Metal Slug Anthology.” I kinda regret not getting that for Wii.
Yeah I can snag them individually, but I’d kill for another collection which includes 7.

Oh man I loved the blood puke as a zombie
my favourites where the zombies
when i was one, i loved the blood puke. very OP
Metal Slug 3, and some other Neo Geo games are now on Nintendo Switch’s Eshop. Though, I hear Hamster is trying to fix the emulation issues in them. (Don’t have said system, so I dunno how well they work.)
Surprisingly, they aren’t billed as VC games like on Wii.
My favorite enemies to kill where the mummies. I loved that scream they made.
I really wish SNK would release Metal Slug Anthology on a current gen system. Wii’s button config wasn’t that great and the PS2 version they ported on PS4 is almost unplayable due to the input delay.
I’m a shotgun kinda guy myself, but a dead Mars Person is a dead Mars Person regardless of the method.
Good times, good times.
