I think this one needs to be re-tagged as batpony for the following reasons:

Pro reasons for dracony:

featherless wings
same color scheme as the dragon hatchings (if it can be even counted as pro)

Contra reasons against dracony/hybrid:
no dragon tail
no claws/hands
no scales
no horns

And the fluffy ears and slit irises makes it pretty obvious that she’s a batpony.
