“I just can’t believe how you threw it all away…I mean did you ever hear about god damn honesty? Oh look! It’s even the best trait of your new fucking lover!”
Spike growled and crunched with his teeth. “You’re nothing but a disgusting liar to me,” he said whilst turning around.
Rarity looked on the ground and kicked away a little stone. “I know you really hate me now, dar~~, eh, Spike. You have all the rights to feel that way. But I didn’t lie to you…I still have feelings for you. But my feelings for Apple Jack are stronger and I~~”
“STOP DEFENDING YOURSELF!”, Spike shouted with increasing anger and came closer to Rarity.
“You just used me! Your feelings for AJ aren’t new, they’ve been there all the time! But you still went out with me even though you knew it was not gonna work! But you weren’t sure if AJ felt the same way so you grabbed me and led me to believe that we had something special…”
Spike stopped and gasped for breath. He felt a sudden sadness inside him. Rarity started crying.
“Ohh, stop acting. Do you have any idea about how I feel? Should I care about your little broken heart now? Once we are done you head to your blond girlfriend and cry in a haystack. I, on the other hoof, am alone. And that’s probably for the fucking best.”
“But…but that’s not true! You have Twilight!” Spike laughed in disbelief. “Twi is like a mother to me. I don’t need a bloody mother right now. Ah…all I know is that I don’t need you, nor do I want to see you again - ever.” He stressed his last word with a deep voice. Rarity shrinked from this sudden change.
Spike sighed. “Look, just…go away. Leave me alone. We have no other business to go over. We are both just wasting our time.”
“But I don’t want to lose you!”
“Ah so you think you’re in a position to even mention this?” “Yes, because I don’t want to loose my best fr…” “Don’t say it. We had friendship. All these years. But then you had to cross the line and let me in…we cannot go back now. It’s over.” “But…”
“LEAVE!”
