I am probably the last person to complain about Jay’s art, but poor Chryssy didn’t win this battle.
Seeing how she basically won twice in the canon
1.) She defeated Celestia and imprisoned her and had captured all the mane 6 but lost to some Deus Ex Machina love bs
2.) She again defeated Celestia and imprisoned her and again captured all the mane 6 but lost due to her entire army mutinying over a near-baseless promise from Starlight…
I’d say she’s got a reason to have confidence even if it’s true she’ll never win because the good guy always wins trope.
How so?
