You get elected president?
I’m sorry. It’s just I don’t hate much of anything. If you’re Mr grump, I’m Mr cheery.

Thats’s pretty much the answer I expected. Good for you I guess.
No, but that’s because good writing is the ability to create real, authentic, relatable characters. MLP, at least in my opinion, does an amazing job at creating characters that you relate to, and that’s something that’s quite admirable about the show. Now, are there ponies I find more relatable than others? Absolutely. In fact, if you had to ask me who are the top five characters, not including Sunset Shimmer, that I relate to most in the show, I would probably put Moondancer first, Twilight Sparkle second, Trixie third, Starlight Glimmer fourth, and Fluttershy fifth.
Is there anyone you don’t relate to on this show?

To add to this, Trixie also probably has loneliness issues given the events that happened in No Second Prances. This, to me, makes her really relatable.

Putting aside the fact that she’s just a fun character, Trixie would be the type of person who’d be willing to sacrifice herself for her friends. In real life, that automatically makes some one a hero and is proof that her assholery is only skin deep.
Trixie’s negative traits are very obvious but they are petty compared to her positive ones and the characters around her are just starting to notice that as well. Everytime she was a jerk, it bit her on the ass and when she was at her worst, she wasn’t even in full control of her faculties. She’s earnt her place on the show And someone who hasn’t even watched the show since season 3 or seen her develop since then is not someone who’s opinion on the matter is worth a damn.
Tldr
She’s awesome because she’s fun, real life be damned.
I actually haven’t watched the show since the end of Season 3.

I think you’d feel differently if she were actually a person. People like her are bad people.
The thing I love about Trixie is that beneath her boastfulness and beneath her ego is a pony who’s actually nice. She’s a pony who actually wants to do better and wants to have friends but she sometimes lets her mouth and ego get the best of her, which to me is very relatable. On top of that, she’s adorable as all heck.

Nah, Trixie’s really popular BECAUSE of her personality, but I can understand why you’re not fond of her, to each of their own I suppose, as for me she’s always number one in my book.
Did you even watch last episode?
That goes double for me.
I like her for her personality. I’m fact, I find her to be really relatable.
No one likes her for her personality. Just because they are perverts.
It’s a picture of Trixie being sad that not many people like her. Within the setting of the show, not many people like her. Because she’s a braggart. So I wasn’t incorrect.
If you were talking to a picture of Superman, yes.

I don’t see how. I was making a statement about behavior in people. Of course it doesn’t always apply to fictional characters, because it can be written that way. Just like gravity doesn’t always apply to fictional characters. Would you have said “That’s incorrect” to me saying “You’d die if you fell off a building” because Superman doesn’t?
When people act the way Trixie act, people dislike them. Hell, most ponies within the show dislike Trixie! Even in a world where it could be written that they don’t. What exactly was your point in correcting me?

I would love to be friends with someone like Trixie. I like to be friends with people who have insecurities.

Okay, but your first comment seems a bit out of place then.
People have, and she hasn’t. In fact, she came back and enslaved the town with magic.
@Zharkaer
I wasn’t talking about fictional characters. No one would like Trixie if she wasn’t a cartoon pony. You’d all be sick of that bitch.
If you got annoyed with Trixie and you decided to tell her to stop acting like a narcissistic braggart or else you are going to leave her all alone, I’m sure she would stop. Trixie seems like the type of pony who’s scared of losing possible friends.

That’d be like telling Twilight not to read a book.
You can get to the nice just by being brave enough to deal with a little self-importance.
Edited
Maybe a real person, but Trixie is a pony from a cartoon where nearly everyone has good in them. This kind of personality is more endearing on fictional characters.
