Your comment confuses me. You speak of “nastier” fans who keep “hassling” the writers of the official comics. Which implies that you realize that this kind of behavior is wrong, otherwise you wouldn’t have used the words “nasty” and “hassling”, as these words exist to describe bad things you shouldn’t do.
Yet, at the same time, you showcase a desire for the writers of the comics to “stop complaining”.
This makes it look like YOU think that the writers should keep still while the problematic “fans” shred them to pieces with their “Verbal Artistry of Finest Douchebaggery”, so your’re leaving me concerned.
@Starswirl
What makes you think that’s the case? Even so much that you strongly believe it is a “fact”?
This sounds like you project your own negativity on the arc, leading to it that you see something that isn’t there.

Goodness, no. No way. And it’s not like they should. If you’re getting hassled for no good reason, it’s okay to complain. The fact that this comic suggests the opposite doesn’t make it true.
Does this mean the comics writers will stop complaining about the nastier fans who keep hassling them?
Because even in this comic, he makes a mess of proceedings?
That’s kind of the problem with this run. The comic seems to suggest you should meekly accept egotistical jerks pushing you around, because if you speak up, they’ll do worse to you. And you deserve it.
@Starswirl
It all depends on the writers and moral.
On the other hoof, episodes like Three’s A Crowd point out that Discord keeps to himself most of the time, and when he doesn’t, it’s to be a jerk. Pinkie even wants to spend time with him, but he rejects her cause she wouldn’t be annoyed by him. So yeah, why wouldn’t he get flak for being around when he’s pretty much only around to ruin things for others?
Personally, I think she and some of the others were kinda hard on Discord at times, particularly in the episodes “Twilight’s Kingdom part 1,” & “Make New Friends, but Keep Discord.” There were times he’d catch flack just for being around. Almost can’t blame him for almost becoming a villain again at times.
I feel a little guilty for posting it, to be honest. But as you said, it’s fitting.
A…crass but not incorrect way to put it.
@PonyPon
“Sorry for making you feel unwelcome, herpes. I guess you’re better than smallpox. I guess I love you now.”
I don’t care what you think, that was the biggest lie you’re ever uttered.
And you should consider changing gradually, and not as extremely, but you must certainly change a bit, Discord.
But that doesn’t mean you have to like Discord.
No, and I think that will be last of my salt. Feel free to can me out on it if I try to bring it up again.
And you feel the need to repeat that everytime?
No, but I’m still a little sore from my encounter with people that tried to convince me that their ship was canon because of a line from the comics.
@Meanlucario
Is shipping all you ever think about?
Thank you. It helped.
