As an infinite number of jelly beans pile up, they begin to condense under their own mass. Even if they didn’t, density and gravitational functions mean that eventually, the jelly bean mass would collapse into a black hole.
 
Even if she isn’t crushed, and she climbs the beans as they fall, eventually her own weight would crush her as the mass of the jelly beans results in an ever increasing gravitational field.
 
It may take longer than her lifespan, though, depending on the rate at which the jelly beans come falling down.

Thinking about it, ‘had’ would end up with half of what you’d get with ‘got’ - see previous post for why that’s a complicated amount.  
After you’ve defined ‘jellybean’ (specifically if it has to exist or not) and ‘don’t have’, you’d essentially pair the jellybeans up.  
One you have, one you don’t have. That’d be the balance point.  
You’d end up ‘not having’ half the jellybeans, which would allow you to have a number of jellybeans equal to half the jellybeans, which can be met with the other half.  
If it’s an odd max number, there’d be some fluctuation between which side would be bigger.

The following would only be true if it was ’got’, not ’had’.
 
That’s supposing that she didn’t already own the jelly beans that are falling.  
If you want to get into semantics, my computer could only render about 10,000 jelly beans, so she officially didn’t have 10,000 jelly beans, whatever that means.

Not necessarily; Nothing implies the jellybeans go away again.  
For example, if I have 5$, and I get 1$ for every dollar I’m under 10, I’ll go up to 10 and stay there.  
And in this case, they’ll receive every jellybean - the exact number depending on what constitutes a ‘jellybean’. In particular, it’s up to debate whether ‘existing’ is a vital aspect of jellybeans.  
I’d argue it isn’t; If I have two cars, one red and one black, then I ‘do not have’ a blue car even if the blue car doesn’t exist.  
I’d argue for the interpretation of every possible ‘incarnation’ of jellybean - but even then, there’s the issue of whether we’re counting by collector standards, where two identical jellybeans are counted as one, or by actual physical existence, where we’re counting the maximum number of jellybeans possible to make with the universe’s mass.
