Not necessarily; Nothing implies the jellybeans go away again.
For example, if I have 5$, and I get 1$ for every dollar I'm under 10, I'll go up to 10 and stay there.
And in this case, they'll receive every jellybean - the exact number depending on what constitutes a 'jellybean'. In particular, it's up to debate whether 'existing' is a vital aspect of jellybeans.
I'd argue it isn't; If I have two cars, one red and one black, then I 'do not have' a blue car_*even if_* the blue car doesn't exist.
I'd argue for the interpretation of every possible 'incarnation' of jellybean - but even then, there's the issue of whether we're counting by collector standards, where two identical jellybeans are counted as one, or by actual physical existence, where we're counting the maximum number of jellybeans possible to make with the universe's mass.
