Well, the Foalcon tag applies only to Suggestive images and up.

There’s a Straight Shota tag though for such pairings which can apply to both safe and explicit pics (Though none yet for Filly and Stallion pairings)

There could be a special tag just for Safe tagged pics involving a Foal and a Adult in a ship thats by default, hidden to new users like with the Foalcon tag, though then again, 99% of every Foal X Adult pairing mostly cuts straight to the chase in the most explicit way possible.
