oh ahahaha! it’s really not that strange! as long as the wardrobe has been carefully picked so there’s a good balance of layers then it sort of averages itself out.. if that makes any sense :P
For wearing skirts in cold weather.

I admire women like you.
It’s -1 °C as I’m out walking now, 2 m/s winds. My fingers gets cold by typing; and I can feel that it’s cold with my jeans covered legs. I’m not sure how you could stand wearing a short skirt and socks.

There’s a reason English weather has a certain reputation, been snowing recently! The socks are tube socks like in the drawing, they’re not magic so sometimes thick tights are better but tube socks and short skirts can be for winter weather too otherwise I wouldn’t wear them! Winter skirts aren’t that uncommon, you make it sound like I’m going Eskimo fishing wearing one :P
So basically -1 °C at least.
But now it depends on how long “long socks” are.
Seeing that London, England can plummet to freezing, I imagine “that cold.”
What is pretty cold? I’ve seen people describe 20 °C as “too cold”.
I can’t help myself thinking how cute girls look in an outfit like that.

I live in England and it can get pretty cold here! I’ve worn a similar outfit with a short skirt, long socks, Jacket + Long sleeve T-Shirt layers, scarf and converse and I’ve lived to tell that tale :P

But in -10 °C, Twilight’s outfit won’t do.
Short skirts are great in the winter with the right kind of socks :)
