For most of these characters, if not all of them, that weapon isn’t enough to take them down. Ponies are damn near indestructible.

If it is choosable, I think Spike and Flash are most bronies’ biggest target for kill. Consider their chic magnet status may cause lots of bronies jealous of them. And that was the past, not sure if there still is something like this happening.  
I actually like Spike, but so-so with Flash, Spike got characters, an accidental troublemaker very often, while I don’t see much about Flash since I don’t watch EQG.
 
And oh, never ever hurt Flutter, Twily, Her Majesty Sun Queen and Moon Queen, and the rest of Equestria or Crystal Empire! Who ever dare to hurt any, will be banished to the exile.
