I thought it was just for Chinese Androids… I probably don’t have a reason to actually think that. XD
The forum link you have provided in the original discussion requires registration to view. Could you host the list of changes and frequently asked questions somewhere else? The fact that you use an online translator is obvious, and I am certain people playing the English version will notice the difference in grammar and accuracy as soon as you start adding new lines of dialogue.

I can confirm, it’s most likely legit. Here’s a VirusTotal link as well. I installed it on my phone, it doesn’t ask for any extra permissions at all.
