Weird. But yeah, saying that you have an excuse from a literal doctor to have an excessive amount of salt is fun. :3
Something I can only dream of, like being told that you need to gain weight or eat more carbs.
nah, he said I needed to have more salt. but I always love salt anyway and always add extra to whatever I eat.
He also said I needed more water, buuut, its not really a thing to go for me. >.>
Had to have less salt, presumably.
I really hope I don’t get landed with ‘reduce your salt’, I’m already doing ‘eat as little fat as possible’ and ‘go easy on the sugar so you don’t go diabetic’.
I’m guessing that’s what it’s playing on? XD
