Here’s the problem with that, see I also didn’t comment on people disliking the ending or some various other things. I commented on things that are ‘opinions’ that are objectively wrong.
 
If someone has the opinion that all white people are racist are you going to let them keep it just because that’s what they think? Or are you going to tell them what is the actual truth because you have the proof to back it up?
 
If you need help figuring it out I chose the latter option.

If a kidnapped person who is going to be killed manages to turn the tables and kill his captor he is now evil? If that is the kind of logic you think is correct then you are more one dimensional then the character you’re trying to describe.

No, I say it because I didn’t address it properly when it was brought up. And now I have so when someone regurgitates the same nonsense I can just quote myself. Which is usually the case when people like you for example ignore everything I wrote.
 
I have considered every viewpoint and offered reasons why they are wrong and can cite every single example, so the only one not considering viewpoints is you for not liking the way I delivered them. So that just makes you a hypocrite.
 
Let me also add that it isn’t ad hominem when you insult them but also address every point they fail to make. Only when you insult them and ignore the point they try to make. You should learn your logical fallacies before you try to project them onto anyone.
 
That very comment is nothing but an example that shows how flawed the logic they’re using to describe the character actually is.

I see what you mean. LittlePip’s character development was pretty essential to the nature of the story that was being told. Although I think I was more so trying to get at the scope of her successes. I mean she takes out Red Eye, the Goddess, and steals away the Pegasi’s control of the cloud veil. Sometimes the accomplishments of the main character seem almost too incredible; like the author couldn’t stop themselves from trying to get the MC to fix everything in sight. That’s why I was fine with the sort-of subversion of her heroic status at the end; it left room for other heroes (many of which were her friends) to come in after Pip and carry on her struggle. Pip didn’t stay the only big hero of the wastes, she eventually shared that title with others who came later.

The main character in an adventure often doesn’t come out normal because in the end what he or she witnessed or done while out adventuring makes them even more extraordinary as they were. Really, the ending of the story should bring this to its full resolution and by nature of having done some great adventure they come back different and they don’t wholly feel home is for them, or home has changed for them.
 
It’s sort of like a soldier going to war. They’re plucked from a normal civilian life, just your average kids; or they volunteer. They get trained to deal with the physical hardships of the battlefield as the government can prepare them for and then they go off to the field. Maybe they see some people die, they take part in some operation. A buddy or themself get caught in an IED. Eventually they come back home a different person. Way I’ve heard from stories and the like is that the civilian population as a whole doesn’t exactly connect with what happened or on some personal level the experience has changed them for better or ill.
 
Rounding this over to adventure literature Bilbo and Frodo both came back to the Shire on their respective journeys wizened and hardened by the greater world and could hardly settle back to Shire life. Bilbo ended up leaving before Frodo set out just to see more of their world than just the Shire. Frodo likewise had to leave the Shire and set off with the elves. In all likelihood because they had grown as characters passed simple Shire life and had become beyond Hobbits in their own right.
 
It’s reflective of growth of the character as an individual and rarely can anyone sweep something under the rug and become as they were before it happened. There’s something that’s changed.
 
Per Pip mid-way through the story she herself came to realize she could never return home to her home Stable. Her own mother hardly recognized her and the five-weeks of experience in the Wasteland at that point had shaped her character to the point she would have been uncomfortable. She also had work to do. And in the end she realized the ultimate next step in her change as a character when she took control of the SPP tower to manage the well being of Equestria like a god.
 
Her story could be looked at in the same way the story of a Greek demigod is: through trials and tribulation, heroics and pain, she becomes as a God. Minus the golden showers from Zeus. And she probably almost went full Hercules, at the point she gets to Fillydelphia she starts being forced to see and acknowledge the fine line she treads between being a “good pony” and just another raider. She doesn’t quiet get to the matricidal point as Hercules but found herself staring down what her soul was becoming.

Food for thought, the people in this comment section who can’t see how some people need to be killed for the better of all are the same people who would call the officer who killed the UT tower sniper evil.

No real-world politics please. This may eventually devolve into Fallout: Equestria politics though.

It does, which is why red eye allowed slaves who were willing to take dangerous search jobs like those earn their freedom at much faster rate, because it was usually suicide.

I’m pretty sure the people who spent their time searching for menial rewards in dumpsters and file cabinets weren’t the same as the ones who had the fighting skills necessary to make their way through difficult defenses. The latter of those two could probably make more just working defense detail or becoming a bandit.

I figured that that has more to do people weighing risks against potential rewards.
 
People probably tried to scavenge the weapons factory, found no weapons on the lower levels (i.e. the factory floor), and figured it wasn’t worth it to keep fighting their way up to the top levels (offices). There were targets outside that were easier to get at and had better chances of having valuable rewards. LittlePip was naive (fresh out of the Stable), and fled to those levels during combat.
 
Doubly so for the corporate office, since it was filled with military grade defenses, and the company in question worked on public transportation. I’m betting there weren’t many who thought the monorail schematics stored there were worth dying over. The overkill defenses piqued LittlePip’s interest (she was very curious about the past), and at that point her team had the fighting skills needed to make their way through.

Let me also add for clarification that the weapon lil macintosh which is being claimed to just be ‘lying around’ was guarded by multiple laser and electricity shooting robots and automated turrets. Yeah, it’s strange that a building like this would still having valuables inside of it isn’t it.
 
Oh, and flamethrowers. I’d forgotten about that.

Yes, they have done that. As evidenced by the expeditions of red eye’s troops and the solder who was eaten from the inside out by a bloatsprite. There are also more examples, so please shut your mouth you’re only making a fool of yourself.

As again, those weapon were lying, waiting for Little Pip all those 200 years. There are marauders who roam ruins to find couple of shotgun shells or a can of banana mash, yet no one ever thought about teaming up and scavenge weapon factory or a corporate office. Because, duh, Equestrian Wasteland is such edgy place, it’s too dangerous to trust anypony.

If he makes the mistake of questioning the actions of zebra sympathizers and the operations of the zebras prewar he clearly didn’t read the story and is talking out of his ass as is usually the case. This is one of the easiest and simple truths anyone who read the story would know not to contest.
