Unfortunately, both Pumpkin Cake and Flurry Heart prove that they are. And yeah, ouch. Especially since Twinkle’s horns start on the sides of her heard instead of the front…

Well, now that you mentioned, baby ponies should not be born with horns… and if you think about it, does twinkles had horns while she was being born? imagin that one!
