yea, i sayed pak instead of flak, my bad, about the hats, depends if this image is situaded early-mid-late ww2, if is it in early-mid war, they are probably volks, if it is late war, it could be normal grenadieres, because in late there wasnt too much helment production because crisis, still, if they were normal grenadieres, they could had better gear (like grenades or ammo for regular guns) they just have a hat and a coat, also, i see no one giving instructions about how to shoot the gun, every german flak 88 crew had a superior who dictates orders in a specific patron in order to shoot 2-3 rounds per minute, also, how is big mac holding that shell?

Yeah, that’s not an 8.8cm Pak 36. Minus all the crap on the barrel - which none of the 88’s had - she’s clearly an 8.8cm flak (probably a model 37) when you take a look at the hydropneumatics on that cannon.
 
Also, those hats were commonly used by all branches of the Heer, so I think calling them Volksgrenadiers is a little premature.

green, red, orange, brown ponies in midlle of white snow, atleast the pak88 is white, but its too exposed from any type of fire, also, the pak88 crew has volksgrenadiere hats, so this comander just got volks for this pak88? (volksgrenadieres are unexperienced troops, in late ww2, it was mostly formed by young men and people who got out of hospitals and stuff, very unexperienced troops)  
so i dont know how some volks can operate that flak88
