I wouldn’t be quick to say “abandoned.” He could’ve had something come up. We don’t know the full story, and likely never will. But unless we were to get word one way or another, I wouldn’t claim abandonment instantly.

To my knowledge, he jumped ship for reasons I cannot say, just some things that happened that were outside his control.

I have no knowledge either way, but it’s not the first time I’ve heard that he had passed away.
His Tumblr is gone, and his last activity on the site was a year ago.
