It may not have been the artist’s intent, but I get a sense of rejection from this.
 
Look at Rarity’s center of balance; her body mass relative to the position of her hooves. The OC stallion is reaching out to be affectionate but she’s backing away from him. Rarity does not dislike him, but this looks like a friendzone to me.
 
Either way, upvote for soild, quality art.
