Marble and Big Mac, sure, we can definitely call that a ship-tease of sorts, unlike all the others you've floated out. They'd absolutely have to move in together for that ship to sail, obviously, but hey, while that hasn't happened as of yet, it's something at least. Fair enough to call it a ship-tease.

Anyway, again, characters being presented as just friends in the comics or wherever does not and should not stop you from enjoying and shipping your ship, nor does it hurt it in any way (even if they did somehow shoot down a ship, and I doubt they ever will, the comics still aren't even canon), but it is a FACT that they are just friends, as it would be made very clear/obvious if that's not the case. There is no shipping with the focused characters in these comics, not as of yet anyway, maybe someday we'll get an issue with some secondary characters being shipped or something.

Look, if you insist on interpreting shipping in certain comics or show scenes, then whatever, I can't stop you. Just don't be surprised if people don't take you seriously, because there's no evidence of shipping present. Maybe you see it that way in a very personal, very subjective sort of way, but it's not like many non-shippers are going to agree with you there, nor do they have any real reason to.

Sigh.

There's a very solid and consistent trend of these comics being about friendship, and not incvoludving any shipping or anything with the characters it's focused on. There's really not any reason to think that will be changing here or anywhere else (again, maybe someday we could get a shipping issue with some secondary characters, but with a main character? nah). The characters in thise comics are just friends. Should be pretty expected, when the whole series is very clearly focused on friendshipping.

But rather than continue to go back and forth over this for the next several hours, how about we just wait until the comic comes out, and then continue the almost inevitable arguing then, because even when there's no evidence of a ship-tease in it whatsoever, there are likely to be at least a few unreasonable people who try to insist otherwise, and then it'll all be downhill from there. More stress and drawn out arguing for all of us, yay.
