Aaaaah, no, it's not, because, in this fandom, everyone will ship anyone and everyone, and everything, genders don't matter ages don't matter, species don't matter, it doesn't even have to be ALIVE, it will be shipped. I personally find lesbian shippers to be the worst here in comparison to straight shippers, some people purposely go out of their way to make characters NOT be shipped straight (yes sometimes m/m ships get this too, but far far less) and while your gripes are not unheard of or necessarily _*wrong_*, it would be a great ignorance to not even mention the fact that any shipper can do this. I've seen people assert that Rarijack is canon, I've seen people assert that FLuttercord is canon, it doesn't matter the genders of the characters involved.
