Yes, it’s the time of young wine. As the small winemakers from my country say:

On hi ha ram
hi ha mam
i si és de pi
és de bon vi

[Where there’s a bouquet
there’s booze
and if it’s pine
it’s good wine]

Traditional folk culture says the small winemakers must put a bouquet of pine branches on their doors to signal that new wine is for sale.
