That’s certainly odd.
Nah Too lazy for that. here’s how it look using my browser.
and here’s on the google drive viewer.
I tried two browsers, on both times Google demands me to sign in or create an account.
Try putting the SVG in a ZIP archive, that has to work because Stash allows ZIP and RAR archives.
You know before I am actually using google drive for storing my SVG. I tried to use sta.sh for that matter. And because it’s belong to DeviantArt it doesn’t allow SVG.
Also wat. I can download it perfectly fine using other browser without log in on my google account.
Edited
I can’t download it without a Google account. Try putting it on stash (http://sta.sh/).
Also another reason why i don’t want to Directly uploading the SVG is this From one of my vector >>1254552.
See the error in the eyes. that preview from the google drive. But when you download the SVG file it self and then view it using your browser. it doesn’t have that error. that’s one thing that i worried about. So it’s not the Coreldraw or SVG is the problem. It is probably the SVG Conversion To Preview file conversion.

Quite amazing that DeviantArt, of all sites, does not allow SVG images.
Hmmm. I don’t after seeing the Upgrade option there isn’t anything that will allow to upload SVG in deviant art. SO yeah you can’t upload SVG there even become CORE member.
Man, I hate the requirement of CORE membership for everything.
Oh yeah. After testing in Deviantart at least for free user uploading SVG is not Allowed. It said
Error uploading file: svg files are not allowed.
So i guess i am going to use old method Uploading PNG first to Deviant art, then Upload the SVG to Google Drive give the link to the google drive to my description, Finally upload it to Derpibooru.

It’s not really the SVG is the problem. But the conversion of from sVG to preview file it self. And the preview file probably going a several megabyte rather than 100 megabyte like what I do. Also it probably going be the same no matter what the software you use because it using the same code on the file for creating the SVG. Plus I find it rare that vectors artist directly uploading SVG to deviant art. But commonly using other site and giving it to link to that site using the description of that svg file.

Inkscape’s open file dialog lists CorelDraw version 7-X4 CDR as a supported format, so assuming* it can read them correctly, converting them to SVGs shouldn’t be hard.
*) a very big assumption, as the format has never been officially specified
Hmmm. You know. The thing that worried me is that Some error can occurred during the conversation. I mean the Native file isn’t SVG but rather CDR (If Derpibooru or Deviant Art Support it then way not). Double conversion can lead to some error sometimes and hack when i just see in google drive using chrome there is some error around the eyes that occurred. Plus if i just using SVG directly it probably going be like a few to several megapixel when it converted to png for the png file not over 100 megapixel like my style. Unless if Deviant Art and Derpibooru Support CDR. I think i am going to keep using this. method. Plus Hard disk is cheap So there isn’t really a problem.

Wouldn’t it be just easier and faster to upload an SVG? Then you can have as many megapixels as you want, without having to waste megabytes of disk space.
Eeyup it’s 126 Megapixel.
