Oh, well then yes, I figured it was the same thing, in-universe.
I know what the reference is! I was speculating about what context she might be referring to

She was spouting out pop culture references. The one with Big Mac hiding under the mud so the “creature couldn’t see him” was referencing the end of Predator. This was quoting Braveheart. Seems the writers decided to have a little fun with this episode.
